Digital Solutions & Analytics Manager

Job Scope :

We are seeking an experienced Digital Solutions & Analytics Manager to lead digital transformation, process automation and data analytics initiatives within our People Solutions Department. This role plays a key part in enhancing Flexible Benefits platforms, Claims Analytics solutions and operational efficiencies, ensuring seamless collaboration between business users, IT teams and external vendors.

This position will oversee a team of 3-5 specialists, focusing on technology-driven solutions that drive efficiency, automation, and data-driven decision-making in employee benefits and claims management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership – Lead and develop a 3-5 person team, providing mentorship and fostering expertise in Flexible Benefits, Claims Analytics, and Digital Solutions. Ensure smooth collaboration with IT, business teams, and vendors.
  • Digital Transformation – Drive automation and digital workflows, enhance core broking systems and implement technology solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy and service quality.
  • Flexible Benefits & Claims Analytics – Oversee the design, development and enhancement of Flexible Benefits platforms. Lead Claims Analytics initiatives, ensuring data-driven insights and interactive dashboards to support business decisions.
  • Process Optimization – Improve Group Life & Medical Insurance administration through automation and digitalization. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
  • Strategic Innovation – Contribute to business strategy and digital initiatives. Stay ahead of emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance operational capabilities and competitive advantage.

Qualifications Required :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Insurance, or related fields.
  • 10 years in employee benefits, digital transformation or IT project management.
  • Proven leadership in managing teams and driving digital initiatives.
  • Strong in business analysis, digital transformation and process automation.
  • Experience with broking systems, claims processes and data analytics.
  • Ability to collaborate with IT and external vendors on digital solutions.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Effective stakeholder management and communication.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and drive change.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency of Business English communication.
