Business Development

Job Scope :

Assist senior managers in identifying and developing new Affinity Business opportunities in the automotive sector, including cross-selling, up-selling, and win-back strategies.

Negotiate policy terms, coverage, and pricing with insurance companies to create competitive auto insurance packages for customers.

Collaborate with car manufacturers to design tailored insurance solutions that enhance their product offerings.

Develop and present business proposals, operational models, and strategic presentations to potential clients and partners.

Support senior management in conducting market analysis, identifying trends, and formulating business expansion strategies within the auto insurance industry.

Lead and oversee a team to ensure the effective execution of business plans.

Deliver presentations and facilitate negotiations in Thai, English, and Chinese, as required.

Qualifications Required :

Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Insurance or related field.

2-3 years of experience in business development or sales within the automobile insurance, auto leasing or automotive industry (strongly preferred).

In-depth understanding of the automotive industry, particularly in insurance-related partnerships.

Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with car dealerships and insurance providers.

Fluent in English and Chinese (both spoken and written) to effectively communicate with partners and stakeholders.

Strategic thinker with strong analytical and leadership skills.

Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.

Willingness to travel for client and partner meetings.

Valid driver’s license required.
